    Features

    This pink, oxheart-type, indeterminate tomato with sturdy stems and foliage was bred for rugged garden performance. It is easy to trellis without becoming too tall and unruly like some other beefsteak tomatoes. Large 200-220 gram fruits with a distinctive heart-shape begin lime green, then ripen to zesty pink. The firm, meaty yet tender, flavorful fruits resist cracking and do not have yellow shoulders. They are perfect for canning, salsa or eating fresh.
